What is the Confirmed Delivery Policy?

Criteria

The Confirmed Delivery Policy affects orders that are shipped to the following countries with an order value above their respective thresholds.

Order value is defined as 'quantity * (merchant price + merchant shipping)'.

** This amount may be calculated in the merchant’s local currency and/or be subject to Merchant Policy 11.

Policy Requirements

The following requirements must be met for orders that meet the above criteria:

Merchants that do not meet these requirements are at risk of suspension.

Definitions

Confirmed Delivery Rate: Percentage of orders shipped by the carrier that are confirmed delivered by the carrier.

Valid Tracking Rate: Percentage of orders confirmed shipped by the carrier.

Pre-fulfillment Cancellation Rate: Percentage of orders that are refunded due to the merchant being unable to fulfill the order.

Examples: Confirmed Delivery Rate

Acceptable
    • Merchant A receives 20 orders, each with an order value of $15.00, and with destination country France.
    • These orders meet the Confirmed Delivery Policy criteria.
    • The merchant ships the 20 orders to France.
    • All 20 orders are confirmed delivered by the carrier two weeks after the orders were placed.
    • The merchant’s confirmed delivery rate is 100%.
    • The merchant is meeting the requirements and will not be penalized.

    • Merchant B receives 20 orders, each with an order value of ¥70.00, and with destination country United States.
    • These orders meet the Confirmed Delivery Policy criteria.
    • The merchant ships the 19 orders with valid tracking numbers to the United States.
    • The 19 orders are confirmed delivered by the carrier within 30 days.
    • The merchant’s confirmed delivery rate is 95%.
    • The merchant is meeting the requirements and will not be penalized.

    • Merchant P receives 34 orders with destination country Canada.
    • These orders meet the Confirmed Delivery Policy criteria.
    • The merchant ships 33 orders with valid tracking numbers to Canada.
    • The 33 orders are confirmed delivered by the carrier within 30 days.
    • The merchant’s confirmed delivery rate is 97%.
    • The merchant is meeting the requirements and will not be penalized.

    • Merchant X receives 20 orders, each with an order value of $10.00, and with destination country Costa Rica.
    • These orders meet the Confirmed Delivery Policy criteria.
    • The merchant ships 19 out of 20 orders with valid tracking numbers to Costa Rica.
    • The 19 orders are confirmed delivered by the carrier within 30 days.
    • The merchant’s confirmed delivery rate is 95%.
    • The merchant is meeting the requirements and will not be penalized.

    • Merchant Y receives 50 orders with destination country Russia.
    • These orders meet the Confirmed Delivery Policy criteria.
    • The merchant ships 48 orders with valid tracking numbers to Russia.
    • The 48 orders are confirmed delivered by the carrier within 30 days.
    • The merchant’s confirmed delivery rate is 96%.
    • The merchant is meeting the requirements and will not be penalized.
Unacceptable
    • Merchant C receives 10 orders, each with an order value of ¥140.00, and with destination country France.
    • These orders meet the Confirmed Delivery Policy criteria.
    • The merchant ships the 10 orders with valid tracking numbers to France.
    • Zero orders are confirmed delivered by the carrier within 30 days.
    • The merchant’s confirmed delivery rate is 0%.
    • The merchant is at risk of suspension from Wish.

    • Merchant D receives 25 orders, each with an order value of $10.00, and with destination country United Kingdom.
    • These orders meet the Confirmed Delivery Policy criteria.
    • The merchant ships the 25 orders with valid tracking numbers to the United Kingdom.
    • All 25 orders are confirmed delivered by the carrier 45 days after the orders were placed.
    • The merchant’s confirmed delivery rate is 0%, since orders must be confirmed delivered within 30 days.
    • The merchant is at risk of suspension from Wish.

    • Merchant E receives 100 orders, each with an order value of $37.00, and with destination country United States.
    • These orders meet the Confirmed Delivery Policy criteria.
    • The merchant ships the 100 orders with valid tracking numbers to the United States.

    • The merchant is at risk of suspension from Wish.

    • The 100 orders, each with an order value of $10.00, meet the Confirmed Delivery Policy criteria.
    • The merchant ships all 120 orders with valid tracking numbers to the United Kingdom.
    • All 20 of the $8.00 orders are confirmed delivered by the carrier within 30 days.
    • Only 10 of the $10.00 orders are confirmed delivered by the carrier within 30 days.
    • The merchant has a 10% confirmed delivery rate for the $10.00 orders.
    • The merchant is at risk of suspension from Wish.

    • Merchant G receives 25 orders, each with an order value of ¥90.00, and with destination country Italy.
    • These orders meet the Confirmed Delivery Policy criteria.
    • The merchant ships the 25 orders with valid tracking numbers to Italy.
    • All 25 orders are confirmed delivered by the carrier 50 days after the orders were placed.
    • The merchant’s confirmed delivery rate is 0%, since orders must be confirmed delivered within 30 days.
    • The merchant is at a risk of suspension from Wish.

    • Merchant H receives 100 orders, each with an order value of ¥21.00, and with destination country Russia.
    • These orders meet the Confirmed Delivery Policy criteria.

Examples: Valid Tracking Rate

Acceptable
    • Merchant G receives 10 orders, each with an order value of $25.00, and with destination country Germany.
    • These orders meet the Confirmed Delivery Policy criteria.
    • The merchant ships the 10 orders within two days to Germany.
    • Three days after shipping, the merchant receives the first carrier scan for all 10 orders.
    • Thus, the orders were confirmed shipped by the carrier within 5 days from the orders being placed.
    • The merchant’s valid tracking rate is 100%.
    • The merchant is meeting the requirements and will not be penalized.

    • Merchant Q receives 15 orders with destination country Canada.
    • These orders meet the Confirmed Delivery Policy criteria.
    • The merchant ships the 15 orders within one day to Canada.
    • Three days after shipping, the merchant receives the first carrier scan for all 15 orders.
    • Thus, the orders were confirmed shipped by the carrier within 5 days from the orders being placed.
    • The merchant’s valid tracking rate is 100%.
    • The merchant is meeting the requirements and will not be penalized.
Unacceptable
    • Merchant H receives 15 orders, each with an order value of $25.00, and with destination country France.
    • These orders meet the Confirmed Delivery Policy criteria.
    • The merchant ships the 15 orders within one day to France.
    • All 15 orders are confirmed shipped by the carrier two weeks after orders were placed.
    • The merchant’s valid tracking rate is 0%.
    • The merchant is at risk of suspension from Wish.

    • Merchant J receives 20 orders, each with an order value of $15.00, and with destination country France.
    • These orders meet the Confirmed Delivery Policy criteria.
    • The merchant ships only 10 orders within 2 days to France.
    • Only 2 of the orders are confirmed shipped by the carrier within 7 days from the orders being placed.
    • The merchant’s valid tracking rate is 10%.
    • The merchant did not fulfill 10 orders within 7 days and is at risk of suspension from Wish.

    • Merchant K receives 10 orders, each with an order value of $12.00, and with destination country Germany.
    • These orders meet the Confirmed Delivery Policy criteria.
    • The merchant ships the 10 orders to Germany 8 days after the orders were placed.
    • All 10 orders are confirmed shipped by the carrier 21 days after the orders are placed.
    • The merchant’s valid tracking rate is 0%.
    • The merchant did not fulfill the orders within 7 days and is at risk of suspension from Wish.

Examples: Pre-fulfillment Cancellation Rate

Acceptable
    • Merchant L receives 10 orders, each with an order value of $15.00, and with destination country to France.
    • These orders meet the Confirmed Delivery Policy criteria.
    • The customer requests to cancel all of the orders.
    • The merchant’s pre-fulfillment cancellation rate is 0%.
    • The merchant is meeting the requirements and will not be penalized.
Unacceptable
    • Merchant M receives 200 orders, each with an order value of $30.00, and with destination country United Kingdom.
    • These orders meet the Confirmed Delivery Policy criteria.
    • The merchant does not have sufficient inventory and cancels 180 of those orders.
    • The merchant’s pre-fulfillment cancellation rate is 90%.
    • The merchant is at risk of suspension from Wish.

    • Merchant N receives 10 orders, each with an order value of $11.00, and with destination country France.
    • These orders meet the Confirmed Delivery Policy criteria.
    • The merchant is unable to fulfill 9 of these orders and refunds them.
    • The merchant’s pre-fulfillment cancellation rate is 90%.
    • The merchant is at risk of suspension from Wish.

    • Merchant R receives 50 orders with destination country Canada.
    • These orders meet the Confirmed Delivery Policy criteria.
    • The merchant is unable to fulfill 48 of these orders and refunds them.
    • The merchant’s pre-fulfillment cancellation rate is 96%.
    • The merchant is at risk of suspension from Wish.
